If you have forgotten your password, please log in to the Aloak Account Manager, using your Aloak customer login and password. Select Domain Hosting, then select the Manage mail boxes icon beside the domain name that is used with your email address. (For example, if your email address was fred@aloak.ca, you would select the Manage mail boxes icon beside aloak.ca) Select POP Accounts, then click MODIFY beside the email address for which you want to change the password.
